Lots of examples of moderations to make exercise easier or harder. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent matwork manual *by G***R on 19 September 2011* Having recently started Stott pilates classes I wanted something that was specific to the Stott methodology as opposed to pilates in general. Additionally, if you know pilates you will understand that proper breathing and posture are essential elements of the exercises. This manual although expensive, thoroughly describes the exercises, the breathing and posture requirements from beginner through to experienced and I have found it enormously useful as a reference guide and practice aid.
