The only complaint I have is the directions for installation. But I watched the seller's video for installation and it was a breeze from there. Excellent video. If I would have had to go by written directions on this, it would have been way harder to understand. I recommend anyone buying this to watch the video. I did have a defective handle on the first one I ordered and contacted the seller. He sent me a replacement very quickly. Overall, very nice transaction and I would definitely buy this lock again. If I would have had to buy this lock in the store it would have easily been twice the price. I will know how well the lock holds up when winter comes around here in ND. Lets see if it can handle our brutal cold. This was put on my front door so I am hoping the keypad will handle the cold winters we have.
