Early review but already blown away! As for anyone worried about the handle I'm used to wood and its what attracted me to this grater just use a food grade mineral oil on it when you get it and wash right after use rince off and then wipe the handle dry and you'll never have a problem ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect all around grater... *by E***D on 17 May 2020* Sturdy and well designed grater, a bit larger than what the images show. Feels like is gonna last for a long time which is fair considering you pay extra for something of higher quality, regardless of the wooden handle which is not important/relevant to me as it is for some people. The important thing for me is how it does its job and cuts. I don't lose my head around unnecessary things. If with time I don't like the handle I'll just remove it by pushing it towards the grater.
