I am totally impressed with how well this actually works. I was skeptical to whether i would find relief from RLS using a magnesium ointment since muscle rub was ineffective, so I was extremely surprised to see how well this works. I even went without applying it one evening just to be sure i wasnt just wishing it to work, but I was shocked how as soon as I started getting the pain in my legs I applied it and within 10m my pain subsided, I cant manage without this ointment, nothing has ever worked as effectively as this, I will definitely continue to use this product. The cream is easy to apply, it does sting my legs a bit at first, but there is nothing in it that I can see would cause this so its probably just my skin as I am very sensitive to everything that I wear on my skin, but it resolves quickly. It leaves a residue on your hands so be sure to wash after applying just in case you would accidentally rub your eyes or scratch an itch as it does sting if its applied to a scratch or mosquito bite etc., but its worth it if you've tried pills, or other ointments and we're disappointed give it a try you may be as pleasantly surprised as I on how effective this ointment actually is.

Purchased for plantar fasciitis pain that I'd be dealing with for months. This product is amazing. It helped almost eliminate the pain in just a few days and along with wearing supportive shoes pain is completely gone. A little goes a long way. Light creamy texture without being greasy and has a nice smell. I also use it for my carpal tunnel, knee and back pains and I'm never disappointed with the results.

After being immobile due to extended hospitalization I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet and legs. Fortunately I can walk now, however there is nerve damage causing tingling and numbness. After doing some research and recommendation by therapist I decided to try external magnesium to reduce the pin and needle pain constantly bothering me. I use this product interchangeable with magnesium oil. This is a miracle worker! There's a light lavender fragrance and a creamy consistency. Not a body butter, but thicker than regular lotion. A little goes a long way as I only apply it where there is pain. When massaged in it stops the pain from deep within. I love the added benefit of the arnica. There's a slight tingling sensation, that I attribute to the nerves calming. I even use to massage my shoulder muscle to relieve tension and tightness as I am also suffering from frozen shoulder. The product itself is 5 star🌟 worthy. I removed a star due to the tiny size for the price. it must be used sparingly otherwise a person suffering with nerve pain can frankly use the entire jar within a week or 2. As I am no longer able to work, and being approved for disability takes forever, I can't indulge as much as I would prefer with this product. In spite of the tiny size I do recommend!

This has a lovely smell and works really well to help my legs and knees feel good. I put it on at night and sleep through the night pain free. Works for the neuropathy and knee pain.

It does have a nice smell and feel to it. It doesn't seem to work as well as another I have tried. But it is American made and I do trust it's ingredients. A jar lasts a long time.

I use this for the pain in my legs and it has been an absolute game changer. It takes about 2/3 minutes once applied for the pain to stop. I use it nightly on my legs and I have used it.on my arms and hands for pain. It is a great way to get some sleep or even some relief during the day. Only bad about it is the feeling after its applied I dont like the dry/rough feeling left on my hands.

A massage therapist advised, based on her research, magnesium is more effectively absorbed by the body through the skin vs ingestion. While I don’t know if that is true, I find this product effective. Use it on my feet at night and wear light weight socks. Awake to smooth and pain free feet. Also rub it on arthritic wrists and knees for surprising relief. Fragrance is very subtle. Have purchased it for family members with similar issues.

This is the first magnesium cream that I have bought so I can't compare it to another, but it arrived as promised. I have several medical conditions including fibromialgia, with a lot of leg pain. I began using it on my legs and am now using it on my arms as well. It is nice to fall asleep with the light fragrance of lavender, though the scent is a little weak, I can still smell it. It is thicker like a cream (though not quite as creamy as other creams I have used) verses watery like a lotion. It's been a nice addition to my bedtime routine and though I have been using it less than a week (the product says it can take a week or two for results) I think I have noticed a little more restful sleep, which could also be just from having it on my arms near my face to smell. I am anticipating this product to be helpful and I would not leave home without it for overnight trips. I would give it a 5 star rating without the aforementioned minor details. My suggestions would be to #1. include other scents, like sandlewood. #2. It would be nice if the container were a little larger, but I actually don't have to use much, so I think it will last a long time. #3. Another suggestion would be to use glass jars so it could be more repurposefull. For those interested, it does have the #1 recycling number on the bottom if your local recycling center accepts non clear containers. Finally, I would purchase this product again and recommend it to others. It would also make a nice gift. For some reason I am unable to share pictures for comparison in size. It does have additional information such as 7,500 mg per jar 250 mg per TSP Plus a scan code, which I didn't notice until now and will check it out. It is also proudly labeled Made in the 🇺🇸

I’ve tried several magnesium lotions, but this formula with arnica is by far my favorite. Many magnesium products tend to tingle or irritate sensitive skin, but this one causes zero irritation and absorbs nicely without feeling greasy. The lavender scent is calming, natural, and not overpowering at all. I use it every single night on my feet before bed, and it noticeably helps me fall asleep faster and stay relaxed. In addition to improving my sleep, it works wonders on joint aches after long days. A surprising bonus: I’ve started applying a tiny amount along my jawline to ease clenching and tension caused by daytime stress, and it relieves the tightness remarkably well. It has quickly become an essential part of my evening routine. Highly recommend!
