I've tested it thoroughly now on both Win10 using SharpCap and Android (Galaxy S9) using USB Camera Pro. This is the only one that performs as advertised. The only thing that it's missing is that it doesn't have a USB 3.0 connection which would get a better frame rate, but they tell you up front that it's USB 2.0.
