Why I Got It: I purchased the Eufy Security SmartTrack Card to add an extra layer of security to my belongings, particularly for keeping track of my wallet and phone. The promise of compatibility with Apple Find My and its water-resistant design made it an appealing choice. The Goods / Pros: Seamless Integration with Apple Find My (iOS Only): The eufy SmartTrack Card effortlessly integrates with Apple's Find My app, providing a reliable and familiar tracking experience for iOS users. The convenience of using a well-established tracking system adds a significant benefit. Compact Design: The sleek and compact design of the SmartTrack Card ensures it easily fits into wallets or can be attached to other valuable items. It is EXTREMELY thin, but the material is definitely durable. Examine the images! Long Battery Life: With an impressive battery life of up to 3 years, the SmartTrack Card minimizes the hassle of frequent replacements. This longevity ensures sustained peace of mind and reliable tracking over an extended period. However, I do not know that this is guaranteed, but the battery percentage on the Find My is still showing that the card is fully powered to the max! The Cons / Bads: Cannot Use Apple's Built-in "Find" Tracking Feature: Unfortunately, the eufy SmartTrack Card does not support Apple's built-in "Find" tracking feature in the Find My app. This limitation might be disappointing for users accustomed to the native tracking experience. Just know, that this is NOT an Airtag replacement, it is a Tile replacement. Possibility of Dead Cards: There is a potential risk of dead cards, which could be a concern for users relying heavily on the SmartTrack Card for their tracking needs. This simply just means that there is no guarantee that the card will last three years, be wary of this!!! Verdict: Considering the features and functionality provided by the eufy SmartTrack Card, the price is reasonable. Its compatibility with Apple Find My, and extended battery life justify the investment for those seeking a reliable tracking solution for their valuables. It’s definitely a 5-star rating, given its price; however, just beware that the battery life is NOT guaranteed, and the missing “Find” feature was somewhat disappointing.

At first I bought one, used it while I travelled to 3 different countries. Once I landed to a new destination it was pretty cool to see that my luggage was also in the same city as me. Sometimes I have crazy connections of flights, and it's nice the luggage in the same city as me. I decided to buy 3 more. They work perfectly with the FIND MY app. They are easy to place/hide anywhere in the luggage, carry on, backpack, etc. One more thing, it is not rechargeable. It does say the battery lasts for 3 years. I've only had it for a few months, so I hope they do last 3 years.

I bought 2 of these SmartTrack cards, back in July of 2023, one for my wife and one for myself, I notice a couple months after using mine it did not update the location, so I unpaired it and re-pair it with my iPhone and it started working again like normal fast forward a couple more months until today I misplaced my wallet and pulled out my phone and notice that the SmartTrack card has not updated in OVER 2 months. I looked up their website and it states to put the item into "Lost Mode" to force a location update. That did nothing. So then after finally finding my wallet I unpaired the item and attempted to re-pair the item to my iOS device and nothing, it would not go into pairing mode or make any sounds, I again went to the website and followed the process to "factory reset" the card and again nothing, no signs of life whatsoever so I put in a warranty claim on Eufy/Anker's website and got an immediate response saying that I hav exceeded my 12 month warranty period. For a item that is advertised as having a 3-year battery haveing a 1 year warranty is ridiclous, and the fact that my card stop updating its location 2+ Months ago means I would have been within my warranty period had I notice it but I should not have constantly bring up my "find my" app just to make sure that my Eufy product is working as intended, it did not work when I needed it to and customer service has been horrible and no help. I would never buy another non-Apple tracking device again, especially not from Eufy.

Sometimes Apple's own Airtag isn't the easiest to use when you want to keep track of things due to its soft, rounded shape. I wanted the same functionality for some of my gear, so I tried the Eufy/Anker SmartTrack Card. Sure, there are many tracking cards available on the market already but what drew me to this specific one was compatibility with Apple's Find My network. The SmartTrack Card is nice and thin, about the same thickness as a few stacked credit cards. This shape makes it work better with more rigid, "square" stuff like my camera case (I can slide it under the inner foam easily) or my toolbox (attached to the lid with double-sided tape). Unlike the Airtag, the SmartTrack card doesn't make an obvious bulge when under flatter things. Setting up the SmartTrack card is easy, and the best part: it is not required to use the Eufy Security app to set up the card. You can add the SmartTrack card to Find My directly through the Find My app. It took me all of 1 minute to add the SmartTrack card to my AppleID, and I can track it just like my other Airtags. The card's built-in speaker seems to be louder than the Airtag speaker too! The only caveat with this type of tracker is that the built-in battery is non-rechargeable and non-replaceable. In other words, once the battery dies, the entire SmartTrack card is useless. Eufy/Anker claims up to a 3 year battery life; for comparison I have had Airtags since first release (coincidentally 3 years ago) and I have had to replace a few batteries... but I didn't have to throw any Airtags away they are all still working just like day one. The SmartTrack card is of high quality, is functionally fine, easy to setup, and easy to use. However, because of the non-replaceable battery (which basically ensures that the longest you'll get out of the device is about 3-years max), I have to take 1 star off my rating.

Bought this in Jan. 2025 for my ADHD spouse who misplaces EVERYTHING. He’s never had any battery issues and recently it flagged him that the wallet was dropped in a parking lot after he left the store, so I personally think it’s paid for itself.

I originally wrote a 1 star review and posted it, because I was have trouble getting the features to work properly after 6 months of use, and then it stopped working all together. But without even asking, customer service reach out right away fix the situation. They sent me a new one and it is already working properly right out the gate! I don’t really know of ANY customer service that comes to YOU, instead of you having to call, plead your case, wait, wait some more and MAYBE get it solved. But this now leads me to believe I just so happened to get a rare faulty one. Because a company with this great of customer service believes in their product, and has nothing gain by selling a bad product and going out of their way to replace it. So Kudos to this product and company. The thing I love about this is the reverse track your phone, which it gets your phone to ring to the tune of “old mcdonald” haha. For someone like me who places their phone down and forgets where they put it, end the whole “hey can you call my phone?” lol! its effective and honestly a brilliant feature!

We have an entire system of eufy devices (door-bell, cameras, robot vacuum, lights, etc), so when I saw this wallet tracker I bought it for my husband (who frequently misplaces his wallet). It was easy to set up and use and felt well made, but overall I am disappointed in this device. While this did come in handy several times when his wallet was "not where he thought he left it", sometimes it did not work with no explanation. For example, we would be searching for it in the app and it says it's in the kitchen and should be playing a sound, but it was silent despite being 10 feet in front of us under a jacket - there were several similar instances like this where it wouldn't connect/sound when needed, so the range and reliability are questionable. I have air-tags on several of my items and find them to be more reliable. I also hadn't realized the battery was not replaceable or rechargeable when I originally purchased it in 2023- I noticed in app yesterday it says "battery low" and was disappointed to realize the device is fully sealed with nowhere to replace a battery or charge it. We have only been using it for about 2 years, so not sure how much longer it has. I love my eufy cameras and lights, but I'm finding their pricing is not competitive and the devices seem to be made with planned obsolesce as several of my cameras have died/stopped charging shortly after the warranty period ends. I will probably not order a replacement from eufy for this E30 since other brands offer wallet tracker cards using air-tags that ARE rechargeable for about the same price. The about $17 cost of the E30 was an OK value for money for it lasting 2 years, but I knocked off stars for it frequently not working reliably/as expected and for its shorter than expected battery life.

Lost my wallet so I bought this to make sure it doesn't happen again. I have an RFID blocking card wallet (similar to a "Ridge" wallet) and it has no problems connecting to my phone. The Apple Find My integration is great so it acts like an AirTag if I lose it out in public. The speaker to play sound out of it also works and is plenty loud for finding it in a pocket or under a pillow. The only thing I might ask for is a rechargeable battery, but it's still going strong after a year and I can't argue with the price.

The one time i needed to find my wallet it had issues connecting. Doesn't support the UWB location feature so it won't point you to the item like it does with a normal AirTag. Long term edit: I’ve used it a couple more times and it’s been more reliable. I still miss the UWB feature but at least you can hear in which pant pocket you left the wallet.

Diese 2mm dünne Bluetooth-Tracker-Karte ist ein echtes Wunderwerk der Technologie und passt perfekt in meinen iClip, ohne aufzutragen oder störend zu sein. Die Einrichtung der Karte war ein Kinderspiel. Innerhalb weniger Minuten war sie mit meinem Apple-Gerät über die Find My-App verbunden. Die einfache und intuitive Verbindung macht diesen Tracker zu einem Muss für jeden, der Wert auf Komfort und Effizienz legt. Das Design ist elegant und dezent, genau das, was man von einem hochwertigen Produkt erwartet. Trotz ihrer geringen Größe ist die Leistung beeindruckend. Egal, ob mein iClip in den Tiefen meiner Tasche vergraben ist oder ich ihn mal wieder auf dem Küchentisch vergessen habe, die SmartTrack Card hilft mir, ihn im Nu wiederzufinden. Ein weiterer bemerkenswerter Punkt ist die lange Akkulaufzeit. Die Hersteller versprechen bis zu 3 Jahre Laufzeit, was im heutigen schnelllebigen Technologiezeitalter fast unglaublich erscheint. Dies bedeutet weniger Sorgen um den Austausch oder das Aufladen des Trackers und mehr Zeit, sich auf die wirklich wichtigen Dinge im Leben zu konzentrieren. Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass die Karte speziell für das Apple-Ökosystem entwickelt wurde und Android-Geräte nicht unterstützt. Für mich als Apple-Nutzer stellt dies jedoch kein Problem dar. Siccome sono una persona che tende a perdere spesso il portafoglio, avevo assoluto bisogno di un tracker per poter vedere facilmente dove fosse, e che fosse soprattutto compatibile con l'app Find My (Dov'è) dell'iPhone. Per questo motivo il 4 gennaio 2026 ho deciso di acquistare questo modello. - Esperienza d'uso A distanza di circa 7 mesi dall'acquisto, posso dire che questo tracker si è rivelato utilissimo tutte le volte in cui non riuscivo a trovare il portafoglio. Il fatto che sia così sottile e non ingombrante è un enorme vantaggio, dato che entra perfettamente negli scomparti delle tessere senza gonfiare minimamente il portafoglio. In generale non ho avuto alcun tipo di problema con questa SmartTrack Card. Grazie all'integrazione con la rete Find My, l'esperienza di ricerca è diventata molto più facile e immediata e per le mie esigenze funziona decisamente bene. C'è anche l'integrazione con l'app ufficiale eufy Security che permette di sbloccare altre funzioni, tra cui quella per ritrovare il proprio telefono facendolo squillare, che è un'utilità sicuramente molto apprezzata. Sinceramente, però, questa non è stata una delle mie esigenze principali, dato che per quello che mi serviva mi bastava semplicemente utilizzare l'app Find My di Apple. L'altoparlante integrato non è tra i migliori in assoluto ma nemmeno tra i peggiori: se vi trovate in camera in una situazione di silenzio si sente senza problemi, mentre all'aperto diventa più difficile avvertire il suono, anche perché il portafoglio stesso tende inevitabilmente a coprire la griglia dell'audio. In ogni caso, per questa fascia di prezzo, è un ottimo plus. Per quanto riguarda la batteria, finora non ho avuto alcun problema, anche si indica una durata di circa 2-3 anni di utilizzo. A livello di materiali, la sua struttura esterna è fatta interamente in plastica e non in metallo, ma risulta comunque adatta allo scopo. - Per chi lo consiglio Lo consiglio assolutamente, perché penso che sia praticamente l'unico tracker in questa fascia di prezzo e con questo spessore ad avere uno speaker integrato. L'unico vero peccato è la compatibilità limitata esclusivamente all'iPhone, ma tutto sommato, se usate l'ecosistema Apple, è un acquisto ideale. - Conclusione In conclusione, sono pienamente soddisfatto di questo prodotto per le mie esigenze personali.
