The taste is the best I've had among the others that I have taken and the results are obviously noticeable,, but not in a slap you upside your head way, you just don't want to leave the gym, I find myself sometimes looking for another exercise to preform, but i have to make myself leave once i get over two hours, I have not experienced any nasty after effects, no headaches, tummy aches, just pure clean workout energy. I love the stuff.
