Saracino Sugar Paste Model Green Modelling Paste 250 g Gluten Free Made in Italy

I purchased black modelling paste to make a speedometer cake topper and to make squares on the checkered cake pictured. I used modelling paste so the squares would hold their shape better than fondant. OH my goodness this is lovely stuff, hard to get going as it’s really firm but once soft it models like a dream. No cracking and it sets hard quickly. I bought other colours to model figures for cake decorating and will not use another brand again. This stuff is amazing!!

Always 1st class modelling paste. Smooth, easy to work with and smells and tastes lovely. Very much worth the money.

Like all modelling pastes, tastes sweet but texture in mouth is gluey, but not many people actually eat the flowers etc on a cake. Need to condition well before modelling to soften, and dries fairly quickly so need work fast on the piece being made and keep rest sealed from air.

DO NOT BUY - I have used this brand many times previously, but not since the change of packaging. The one delivered today was rock hard and unusable and there is no ability to return for refund. Very disappointed.

I found the paste very easy to work with, I am able to smooth out any mistakes I make without too much problem. It drys firm but also gives you plenty of time to work with. I have just bought some more as I was very impressed.

Toller fondant zum Modellieren. Farbe wie auf dem Bild. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Ho scelto il prodotto perché Made in Italy e il colore era proprio quello che mi serviva per fare una torta tema harry potter. Purtroppo però la pasta era durissima e impossibile da modellare, non sono riuscita a fare le decorazioni perché non era possibile lavorarla. Mi dispiace perché volevo trovare una alternativa italiana per la pasta di zucchero che uso molto spesso per le torte.

Pâte à sucre trop friable sans doute trop sèche, enfin pas top du tout

at first I thought it is very hard and will be difficult to model, after a while in my hands it became nicely elastic and was easy to work with
