Only one able weight
Only one weight is not well advertised on the page to buy. Looking back the best they did was to not use plural nouns when describing the product. Do not buy, cheaper options with more bang for your buck.

They don’t stay put
No matter how tight I make them, once I start exercises they turn around my ankle. They still function but it’s annoying. The ankle weights at PT stay in place once positioned. I’m not sure what the difference is but the good brand wasn’t available so I went with this one. I should have waited.
