Our peel solution is very effective, but requires specialized packaging. If solution pump stops dispensing, gently push the tip of a straighten paper clip into the small hole on the bottom of the bottle. We use an airless pump and removing the excess air will restore function. **Q: When i first took the cap off the pump a teaspoon of product splashed out. then the pump wouldn't work at all. i lost a lot. how does pump work?** A: Oh..that happened once but it eventually worked. I would see if they’ll replace the kit ..usually pump works fine. **Q: What does glycolic do for your skin?** A: It dissolves the top layers of dead skin and sebum that clogs the pores and leaves the skin looking dry and dull. **Q: Is this the newest version? (relaunched 2016(?), jojoba instead of microbeads, etc)** A: I’m so sorry but I really don’t have any idea.
