Norvell Venetian Premium Sunless Solution - 240ml

Listing my pros and cons at the end but: I gave this brand another try! I definitely do like this Venetian version much better than the clear solution. The Venetian is DEFINITELY much more purple based and in an incredibly pale, like the whites foundation shade ever, some concealers are too dark for me it helps a lot to avoid the Oompa Loompa look. I put it on 5 hours ago and it’s already developed so dark on my skin but it is not orange it’s very deep and purple based. My hands are feet are still a working process and I will eventually find my preference when doing them. I don’t know what happened with my previous application from the other color I bought but this one was incredibly better! Initially I thought I’d hate the bronzing in this but it actually helps me avoid any streaking and helps me blend the solution sooooo much better! I use a foaming bottle and large kabuki brush and just blend it out. I still have about another 10-15 more coats I could do with this bottle of solution which is a ton vs going to a salon or buying a different foaming brand that lasts maybe 4-5 times.. I have no streaks or any lines anywhere and I still haven’t washed it off yet it’s only a few hours after placement. Pro: -dries so fast, -great with kabuki brush/foam combo -Smells actually very pleasant -Had no transfer issues even to my white socks I wore to bed -no orange very dark -lasts a LONG time I already know because of another color I bought this will last me 2+ weeks on MY skin. Cons: -the application did take a while especially if you wanted a good blend. It’s not a swipe and done kind of motions it’s a swipe then move and blend and spread and spread -kind of too dark but again haven’t showered yet -if you aren’t a purple undertone type of tanner this is not the tan for you -still absorbing too much in my hands and feet but I’m not sure if it’s user error or not

If you know the brand you know that the base colour is more violet to ensure that the colour is not orange. It is one of my preferred brands - that can be darker than some would like

Read reviews and purchased an empty pump bottle with it. Poured third of bottle in. Pumps up into a foam and glides on. I have been asked everything I wear it if it's a real tan. I'm a person who doesn't tan, just burns and freckles and it's a perfect golden tone. Doesn't transfer and wears well, good 4/5 days. Exfoliates off with no patches. I also use on face and can be sensitive to some products but no reactions. Daughter has used all the top fake tans but is now using this!

This self-tanner is probably the best colour result I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t even use a spray gun (or whatever it’s called). I just used a fluffy makeup brush to apply it. I have been tanning for years. I know I good tan when I see one. To be honest, I only did the front of my stomach because I was a little nervous using it for the first time. Very lightly. I’m Caucasian, very fair, and from Canada — this time of year I am pale. I left it on for about 6 hours before I needed to wash it off. I actually opted for a bath instead of a shower. There wasn’t even a hint of a tub ring, and the colour didn’t lighten at all. The tan looks super natural — no orange, no green tones. Just a really nice, believable tan. I’m not the type of person who writes reviews. Like… ever. But this product honestly inspired me to share because it looks that good on pale skin

I’ve been using fake tans forever. I’ve used so many different kinds so I’m very picky. I saw this recommended on TikTok and had to try. I put it in an old rinsed out fake tan foam bottle and applied with a mit. At first application it looks sort of muddy, almost dirty. I did a thin layer on my entire body including my face. 2 hours later it wasn’t a huge difference, but went to bed. When I woke up I had the BEST tan. The colour is so dark but so natural looking. And no smell! Definitely one of the best I’ve tried and I’ll be buying the large bottle when I run out
