And the bottle generally lasts me a few months or so and i tend to use about 13 drops in my strong morning coffee (equivelent of about 2 tea spoons of sugar) and about 6 drops in my tea and it can also be added to porridge or other liquids or semi liquids to sweeten so its quite versatile and the plastic bottle makes it convenient for travelling also. And generally it arrived within about a week or 2 of ordering and was well packaged. Buy this if: You are on a diet replacing sugar with a substitue and don't want ANY calories The diet you follow does not use a sugar substitute that may block some hormones/triggers of thermogenesis (fat burning). You can really only use a few drops or squirts per cup. If you overdo it, your beverage will acquire a bitter taste so this does help with your intake or use of it. Yes, I have a problem with sugar. But I also want to fight it in any way that I can, as I don't fancy the long term consequences much... Stevia may be the answer. Processed stevia in crystalline form is controversial as there have been reports of bleaching and too many chemical additives to get the leaves into this state. So these drops seemed like a plan. The bottle says one drop equals a gram of sugar. I would say (and I can see that I'm not the only one) that 1 drop is more like 1/4 of that. So to get the equivalent of a heaped teaspoon of sugar I took 4 drops in my coffee and I was amazed. No after-taste of any kind either ( butplease see below). I will definitely be using this product from now on. And will be using it as follows 6 drops = 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar 8 drops = 2 teaspoons of sugar As for the alleged bitter after-taste. I've a theory on this. Some people can eat cooked Brussels sprouts, and experience no bitter aftertaste ever. I'm one of them. I'm the exact same with stevia products. Other people, a minority, due to a certain genetic signature, cannot eat cooked Brussels sprouts without experiencing a bitter after-taste. My theory is that those who experience a bitter after-taste when eating sprouts are more likely to experience same with stevia products. In time, let's see what scientists say.
