I haven't had an HP computer since we first started having one at home. I mean a long time ago. Sinc ethen, I have been very happy with the Dell's I have had over the years. I wanted to look ing a new one since my current Dell had a Power DSuppy and motherboard problem both at the same time. Thought I would look into different brands and decided that this one sounded good, especially the price. It was easy to set up and is quite fast for what I need which is just home use since I am retired. The only thing that I might not like is that HP seems to think that nobody still has DVD's or CD's at home so they have almost nothing with a optical drive anymore. Of course, after researching all of the various systems, it looks like everybody is starting to lean that way. I have a external optic drive for my laptop so I was covered for now.
