Review: It WORKS, I would not joke about something so important as getting SLEEP - I've been desperate for sleep - my sleep has been terrible for years. I've tried everything - prescriptions, which work for awhile, sure, but then you need more and more for them to be effective, and run into trouble with that, of course - so I've been weening myself off of the prescriptions, and trying to find something that helps me get good sleep PERIOD. I read the reviews on this, and as you can see, many people say it works. I was skeptical, because Lord knows I've tried SO many OTC "sleep" aids (I know people that say benadryl works for the, but it doesn't touch me in the least - good for them though, right?), and been disappointed. I was happy to try this out. I can tell you I have never slept better. Soon as I hit the bed, I'm out compared to taking forever to fall asleep (WOW!), and, when I wake up like I always do several times a night (sensitive bladder), I fall asleep like BOOM. It's really something else. And I wake up around the same time every morning, and no hangover at all. Now, I must admit something - I don't know if it's a correlation, whether it's this product or the fact that I underwent a kind of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy thing for sleep without meaning to starting Feb 15 and going trough March 19. I was in Florida, and had a problem with my shoulder, and ended up finding this wonderful acupuncturist who said he'd take me as a new patient but his hours were inflexible. My first appointment was at 10 AM on Saturday, a time I NEVER would have taken because I never could wake up in time to make an appointment at that time - but I was in severe pain and it was 10 or nothing, so I got up and went. He wanted to see me Sat, Tues and Thursdays, 3x a week with the average time to show up being 9:15!!! This doctor helped my shoulder so much, that I no longer cared that I had to get to bed early and get up in order to drive to his office for the appointment time.. but I did it - it was tough work, and when I got home from FLA (driving instead of flying, this was the dawning of COVID19 for us in particular who'd been having a good old time on vacation in FLA, not watching the news.. omg!)... I wanted to keep it going. I got these pills last week, and I'm sleeping really well. Some people would say that a ROUTINE of getting up every day at the same time is what works, no matter what time you go to bed, and I've been doing that since Feb 15 - so I don't know. I also take other things along with this (the more the merrier, right?) Melatonin under the tongue which I took before this and it really doesn't work, but I take them anyway since I have them, CBT by Elevator Supply, 60 mg, a chewy thing which is mostly sugar, but I am using up that bottle too, - there's an OTC drug called LUNA that I bought that didn't seem to make a difference, and I pop one of those too... and I'm titrating down off my prescription medicine at the same time. I used to take a .5 mg or Lorazepam or 2.5 mg of Ambian sometimes to help me fall asleep, but I haven't had to use those for over 3 weeks. Go figure. It's easier to try this pill than it is to implement CBT, so try this first, and if it doesn't work, find someone who will make you WANT to do CBT therapy because it's HARD WORK. I had total faith in this doctor to help me with my partially torn rotator cuff while I was in Florida, so I looked forward to seeing him. He really helped me with my shoulder, but I got the added bonus of a regular sleep schedule too. I've been desperate for sleep - my sleep has been terrible for years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the one to get!

Among all the sleep aids particularly on Amazon, I've found this one to be the best. Especially in terms of ingredients, compared to "Luna" which is supposedly currently the #1 most rated sleep aid product on Amazon it doesn't compare to the cost per quality ingredients and dosage found in Nuvana's Shut Eye. Although it's not super expensive I just wish it were somewhat cheaper for a 1 month supply bottle; but I can also understand the cost of what goes into providing this product which of course the cost per quantity vs quality is a dilemma some may face. I prefer an all natural non habit forming remedy source to insomnia and this is the one if you're looking to go beyond just taking melatonin. The extra ingredients found in this product help with mood and nervousness or anxiety as well as helping you fall asleep more soundly and upon waking up helping you to feel more refreshed and ready to start your day! There may be many elements that go into a good nights sleep such as a comfortable bed and pillow, but Nuvana Shut Eye should be on the top of that list whether you have trouble falling asleep like I do or just want to sleep and feel better like I do!
