Otherwise fits Fitsbit Alta well, is attractive. Contacted manufacturer about rough edges, hoping the one I received was 'defective'. Response from manufacturer was that I could return for full refund and that they would strengthen quality management in the future. I need the band, so I lightly filed the rough edges - still snag. I applied a bit of clear nail polish to rough edges which greatly reduces the snagging.
