Amazing keyboard!
This keyboard has been treating me well over the past couple months, I haven't even needed to charge it yet, but keep in mind I don't use the RGB lighting so this makes the battery just last significantly longer, the quality of the keyboard is superb, it's heavy, sturdy and especially doesn't sound hollow due to the mods this board comes with, it has gaskets for a soft typing feel that doesn't feel too mushy but doesn't feel too stiff either, the board also comes pre-installed with a force break mod so that it doesn't sound hollow, the switches it comes with are rather good! But for me the lightweight switches weren't up my alley, I swapped them out for gateron milky yellow pro v2's and it's made the board feel significantly pleasant to use, I love the magnetic ball latch system for ease of access on the internals it allows me to install mods easily as well so if your a big keyboard modder this might be the board for you! All in all I recommend this keyboard to those who really want the "end game" of keyboards I might say!

Beware Binned Inventory
Coming from the Rainy 75 pro (5/5 stars if you can find it at a good price), for the most part I knew what I would be getting with this board. When I first received the Crush 80, the box had an LPN sticker and the WOB packaging tape was not sealed. At that point, I was concerned that I had received a used board. My concerns were validated when I opened the product--while nothing was missing, there were multiple hairs in the board and the caps lock key had a hairline fracture in the post such that it could not seat properly on the stem.Amazon customer service informed me that I could receive a replacement and return the first keyboard, or I could request a refund. I opted for the replacement, and then the Amazon agent told me my refund would be sent after I sent in the first keyboard. I asked when the replacement was expected to arrive, and she promptly left the chat. The next representative informed me that they could not send a replacement, and I would need to order another keyboard.I did so, and my replacement arrived 2 days later (3 days after my initial "next day delivery" order). The second keyboard I received appears to be new, and I have only encountered small issues so far: Specifically, the switches on my enter and right shift keys are a bit mushy/possibly over-lubricated. Nothing major (although I haven't tested each switch at this point). I would give the product 4.5 stars if not for Amazon's customer service/having received a used product sold as new.

Love the keyboard
I love the keyboard. It’s heavy and feels good on the fingers and ears. The instructions are straightforward. One issue I had from the start was being unable to connect via wire which also meant I couldn’t charge the unit. This was because something had dislodged internally during shipment. Customer support was able to help with the issue even if they were a bit slow. But if you have a wire connection issue, try removing the front plate and realigning the connector on the top middle of the board

quality
It is by far the best out of box keyboard I have purchased. The typing sound is marbly and consistent across the board. The plate is not that soft and bouncy which I really like. The switch that came with it has a very subtle damping feeling and is very smooth and satisfying to type on. It may be the end game of my assembled keyboard search.
