Donโt waste your money, thereโs better out there
Absolutely pointless. Opt for the ones with the little gel balls instead, I bought one from Shein and itโs brilliant. These ones are terrible, they stay cold for about 30 seconds so provide very little relief. The one from shein stays cold and comes with a little pouch for safe use. These might be good for when little one has a fall and needs an ice pack, but thatโs about it. They are โpadโ shaped though so kind of obvious what their intended purpose is.

Great long lasting cooling and very soft
These are excellent cooling pads! They starry cool longer than i thought plus there is 3 of them so it makes it easier to rotate through them. I worried they'd be scratchy on my legs but they haven't been. 5 out of 5 stars ๐

Helpful to a point
The covers that came with aren't great. I had to sew my own to be able to use these safely. The cold only lasts about 10 minutes. But it's soothing while it lasts. I use these whole recovering from pelvic floor and bladder botox procedures. I also have instant paraneal icepack pads I use. Neither is perfect. I have had 1 pop and there isn't really a way to fix it, so it was just trash.

They break open right away
Everyone of these popped open absolute garbage, infact I had the first one split open the first time I ever used it then it leaves all the sticky blue stuff everywhere hopefully the gell inside is safe cause it gets everywhere. Don't buy these buy the one with the beads in them, way better

Multi-purpose cooling pads
Review for: Postpartum Ice Pack, Hot and Cold Pads for Postpartum Essentials, 3 Count Gel Cooling Pad, Fast Pain Relief Convenient for Postpartum Recovery Helps Reduce Swelling While Iโm sure these are great for the postpartum care, I got these for different reasons. As soon as I saw them, I knew they would fit in my eye mask cover. And, they do! In fact, these have a bit more gel in them than my eye mask. It may be October now, but I live where itโs still hot and dry so I have used these on the back of my neck. I just have to put a sweat towel over the top to keep it in place. When Iโm working out in the yard or pasture, I keep two of these in the cooler with my water so I can alternate them. They are great to use to quickly cool my body down.
