These Honey Care disposable male wraps have been a lifesaver for my 14-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who has difficulty controlling his bladder. For reference, his waist measures 14 inches, and the size Small fits him well. They are disposable so after one use I simply roll it up and throw it in the trash.
