This is delicious! I think I have a new favorite water enhancer! I definitely recommend it. It’s a great value when you look at the prices on those refreshers from a drive through.

I have tried many water enhancers, but the MiO Unwind Berry Dragonfruit is one of my favorites. The taste is fantastic—fruity, refreshing, and not overly sweet. What really sets this one apart for me is the addition of magnesium. I love keeping a bottle on my nightstand and drinking it before bedtime; it’s become a key part of my evening routine. Not only does it help me wind down for the night, but the magnesium has been excellent for helping prevent those frustrating nighttime muscle cramps. If you are looking for a zero-sugar water enhancer that tastes great and actually offers a functional benefit for your evening routine, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Honestly these mio unwind drinks are the best. It is very effective and consistently after work I fall asleep so quickly after drinking this! The flavor is good too, similar to any other mio varieties I've tried. It is extremely easy to use before bed, just add to water. It doesn't have sugar so I like that,, but keep in mind it contains citric acid and I like to wait like 30 mins after drinking before I brush my teeth because of that ingredient, I don't want to risk being too hard on my enamel. I don't think that is a big issue but it's good to be careful so just wait a bit before brushing....not too long or you won't want to get up out of bed though !

I like the MIO. Low calories and carbs. It adds a flavor that assists in drinking more water. Easy to bring with when traveling.

I was hesitant to purchase this for the first time but the flavor is really good!
