Why can't I put my hand on the tablet to write?

This stylus is a universal-stylus, and universal-stylus on the market generally do not support the “Palm Rejection” feature. Therefore, putting your hand on the tablet to write will affect the stylus work.

Why can't I connect the pen to my tablet?

This is not a Bluetooth-stylus. The stylus mainly simulates human fingers. Double-click the stylus to open and use it.

Why can't I use the stylus on some software?

Please check if your fingers can be touched on these software? If not, please check whether finger touch is enabled in the software Settings.

Why can't universal-stylus write as precisely as S-Pen and iPad pencil?

The S-Pen and iPad Pencil target specific models, enabling richer features and precise calibration. Universal styluses prioritize broad phone/tablet compatibility, requiring multi-device optimization, which limits fine-tuned writing performance.
