Very thick. I had to continuously thin with water and even then it would still skin almost immediately... I'm pretty disappointed in this. Not cheap either. Get the original unless you want to fight with it

Great product, goes on easy and after drying, a beautiful , soft sheen

I disappointed
I use this product for my kitchen cabinets but it hasn't made any difference no shine.

Too thick and hard to brush.
I use regular Polycrylic all the time and like it very much. So I thought I would love the Polycrlic Max even more. I was wrong. It is thick and hard to brush out I would definitely not buy this product again. Back to the good ole original.

Avoid unless your looking for high build and could care less about a smooth finish.
Horrible. Unsure how anyone could use this on anything they want a nice finish on. It skins over seconds after applying and if the brush touches it a second time to level it, it gums up / chunks. Brush strokes everywhere. Will sand it and use an aerosol product. The non max ver had way more working time and self leveling than this.
