This will chop vegetables super quickly. If you want them chunky only do a couple pulls on the handle, if you want them fine just keep on pulling. I use this for making salsas, soups, stir-frys, and the list goes on. Clean up is super easy. I do a quick rinse to get most of the remaining food out, then put a little bit of dish soap and water with the cutting blades in there and pull the string, then rinse it out with clean water. It's so fast! My recommendation is to get the largest size available. Other than the cutting blades, the whole thing is made of plastic so I don't think it's extremely sturdy or tough.
