We make it all in our brewery in Brooklyn NY. **Q: how long does the Chai last? is it pasturized?** A: I ran out so I don't have a bottle so I'm not sure if it's pasteurized. In terms of how long does it last I would put it in my coffee every morning. I would use roughly an ounce each day so one bottle lasted approximately two weeks. My daughter gave me a bottle as a gift and at first I wasn't sure if I was going to like the flavor but before I was done I had ordered three more bottles from Amazon and it reached the point where I didn't want my morning coffee unless I had some Dona Chai to put into it. **Q: Does this contain caffeine?** A: Yes there is caffeine in the chai. The black tea used contains caffeine. **Q: How do I keep this from curdling with milks? I’ve tried oat, soy, cow...? Keeps happening.** A: Hi, are you mixing the concentrate and the milk first and heating them both together? make sure they are mixed together before heating so they are heated together.
