Sometimes it takes a little longer but only a few days and it is "very likely" it will cure pretty much anything humans can contract. The book is excellent, however it needs to be re-written to bring the whole concept up to date with recent improvements. Someone who isn't aware of the whole concept might be mixed up a little trying to sort out the old protocol from the new protocol. It's pretty much the best there is, in book form, so far.With the FDA hard on their trail to stop the general populace from knowing how good it is, we likely will not hear too much about it in the future. ### ⭐ Not very helpful *by S***L on March 16, 2014* This book is about 1/6th information about how to actually use CD (all of which can be found online, so none of it was new to me) and the rest are questions and answers from the author. That would be ok, except that she lists many redundant questions e.g. "I have a stint -- will mms work for me?" and "My husband has a stint, will mms be okay with that?" and "I got a stint put in during a surgery and am wondering if mms will cause problems with it." (I'm paraphrasing here, but you get the point, I hope.) There was no reason to list several variations of the same question, especially when the only answers are things like, "I don't think that will be a problem". That doesn't seem very reassuring to me. If she told me about other people with this same issue who took mms and had no problems, that could be helpful, but she rarely does that. Additionally, there are many typos/grammatical errors in the book.I like mms and think it has many good uses, but if you're looking for more information than what is available freely online, this book isn't it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saving your life when medicine sometimes no longer works *by R***3 on November 14, 2012* A great book to read when your doctor and your medicines are not curing your illness.
