Proper Hakata-style noodles โ way better than any instant ramen
Ichiranโs Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen is the closest Iโve had to the real restaurant experience at home. The fine straight noodles cook perfectly and have that proper bite you expect from authentic tonkotsu. The broth is rich, creamy, and full of flavour โ exactly what you want if youโre craving proper ramen. And of course, itโs miles better than instant ramen. This actually feels like a proper meal, not a quick packet snack. Itโs one of those kits you sit down and enjoy because it tastes like something youโd get in a ramen shop. If you love tonkotsu ramen, this has been one of the best at-home versions Iโve tried.

Excellent ramen
One of the best instant ramen in terms of taste and texture and soup base does not disappoint. Do note this is a pack of 5, and the ramen are not individually packed but packed together in batch of 5 so presents a storage issue if you're not going to cook all 5 at one go. The soup base and spice is packed individually though.

Delicious instant ramen
The broth has a lot of flavour and the noodles are very good! It's pricy for instant ramen, but it's worth it. The quality has nothing to do with ordinary instant ramen. Recommend!
