They’re working great. Review: For me ... This a Clear Winner over a Reveal - Better Subscription Plan than the Tactacam Reveal. - Tactacam = $5 / 250 per month - Muddy = $5 / 600 per month Compared to the Reveal that I've had - App is easier to use. - Cameras are Easier to set up. - Fewer Batteries. - Stronger Cell connection in the same location. - Image Quality is about the same at the Reveal - Has on demand pic option that is not extra - Can get video on a per video price basis Time will tell how well the hold up, but so far, really like them. My Tactacam Reveal only lasted about 1.5 years before it quit sending pics. App said it had good battery and cell service, but it was not sending pics. I looked at the SD card and it was indeed taking pics just not sending them too me the past 7 months. Grrrrr.

Don’t Buy not worth the risk.
I was sent another camera by Amazon after the last one didn’t work. However, same song different verse. The camera won’t work. At least I got a step further in the process of linking it up this time. Amazon was helpful but the problem is with this clearly inferior product. I would never recommend this to anyone. I am a fair and patient person and have used them before but this camera is pretty bad. The attraction is the decent price. Save yourself the hassle and buy a better camera for a little more.

Only one worked
Bought these for my dad as it has been the ones he always uses. One of them never would connect. He said it happens every once in a while. I was a bit disappointed knowing that I paid for two and only one worked.

Listing incorrectly labeled for single/2pack/combo
Like others stated the listing is incorrect. The combo pack is actually the one listed as “single” for $120. The $135 combo pack is actually just the cameras w/ no batteries/sd cards. The 2 pack listing is actually just a single camera. So if you want the combo pack w/ everything, order the “single” for $119.99. Other than that listing error, the cams came with everything (batts+sd cards). Setup only took minutes and the cams were taking pics. Very happy w/ this purchase. My friend uses every brand of camera out there (he has 30+ cams on his property) and recommended the Muddy cams for their ease of use and the best pricing plans compared to all the other brands. I totally agree after using these and trying other brands.

Don't do it!
I ordered the 2 pack. One camera would never connect to cellular. I worked with Muddy customer support to verify camera was defective. Sent camera via post with Muddy supplied RMA# and USPS tracking number. Package arrived at their warehouse on Oct. 20, 2025. I waited 3 weeks and emailed customer service. After 3 days they replied wanting to know tracking number. Now it is Nov. 16 and I have heard nothing back. Just a word to the wise - their customer service is horrible. Now to the second camera. It intermittently works. It does check in most mornings and some afternoons (set on 12 hour check in). However, I took two large boar hogs that were feeding no more than 30 feet in front of camera, walked up to each and waved at camera standing maybe 10 feet in front of it. Not a single picture was sent at next check in. Honestly, if I had to do it over I would not purchase these cameras. Between lack of customer service and sketchy pirs they have been the most disappointing cameras I have owned.

Work perfectly. If anything a bit too sensitive if anything. The account system online is a real PITA!
