②こんにちは。今日(2021/11/30)120粒の追加分商品1000mcgは届きましたけれども、注文した商品の5000mcgとはぜんぜん違います。値段も全然違います。この1000mcgのボトル未だ開けてないなので、このままで前の55粒の商品と一緒にお返して、返金して貰いませんか？ 或いは再びに不足の分を送ってくれますか？よろしくお願いします。 ①注文したのは120粒商品だけと、届いた商品はボトルで120粒と書いてあるだが、中身は55粒しかないです。つまり65粒も足らないです。 これについて、問い合わせしましたが、今まで一週間も経ちきても解決方法のご返事は一切なし、まさか詐欺行為じゃないでしょうか？ 最悪の買い物でした。 最悪の買い物でした。 最悪の買い物でした。

Today I opened the container of Nature Made Biotin 5000 mcg. Softgels that I purchased in March 2026. I've been buying it from Amazon for 5 years & it works well for my thinning hair. To my surprise the softgels are the wrong color. Instead of a pale pink, they are sort of an ugly yellow/tan/beige. I quickly went to the Amazon and Nature Made websites to learn than there has been a color change. It's not the wrong supplement. I suppose they removed the food dye to meet a new standard, for those who are allergic to food dyes, or maybe it's just a thing now. Not a deal breaker, but quite unappealing. I'll continue on. Nature Made is one of the few supplement brands I trust. It'll be OK.
