The rectangular openings in the speaker mounting bracket slide over these tabs and lock into place. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... old CRT monitor I have for playing NES and Super NES games *by A***W on July 2, 2018* I actually use one of these with an old CRT monitor I have for playing NES and Super NES games. I just set the speaker on top of the monitor and use a 3.5mm female to RCA plug adapter to plug the consoles into this speaker. It works great and sounds way better than the internal speaker of the monitor. It also fits nicely on top of the monitor so it doesn't take up any desk space. The monitor doesn't have a USB slot so I use an old cell phone plug to plug the USB power cable into.One of the main things I really like about this soundbar over most others is the size of it. It is only about 12 inches long (wide) so it is very compact and easily fits on top of my 14 inch crt monitor. It uses a standard 3.5mm plug instead of bluetooth or sending sound over USB. Finally, this speaker has 2 headphone jacks and a volume control on the side. Not sure why you would need two headphone jacks but I suppose you could always use one of them as a line out to some larger speakers or a TV or something if you wanted and depending how you had everything hooked up.. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lots of interference noise *by M***N on August 7, 2020* It's easy enough to install and I like the headphone jacks and volume control.
