It came exceptionally packaged, and I honestly never knew how comfortable on-ear headsets could be until I got this one. I can walk to the kitchen, my bedroom, or the living room without any connection issues. - Battery & Base: The charging base provides zero issues, and my battery has never run out during my shifts. - Compatibility: True USB plug-and-play. No software or drivers needed, and it works seamlessly right out of the box with Avaya and Webex. The Fix (Important Windows Workaround): Initially, I wasn't getting any beeps or rings in the headset when someone called in, which entirely defeated the purpose of being wireless since I had to stay glued to my screens. I almost returned it after a shift and a half of dealing with this. I checked every single PC, software, and USB power-saving setting imaginable to make sure I wasn't missing a beat. I even had it plugged into a continuous power port. As it turns out, if the PC doesn't detect sound coming through, it seems to put the headset into a sleep mode. Here is the exact workaround I found: 1. Click the Windows icon and type "change system sounds" in the search bar. 2. Click on the result to open the Sound pop-up window. 3. Click the Recording tab. 4. Leave this window open and hidden in the background for your entire shift. This forces the PC to keep analyzing the microphone and completely fixed the issue immediately! Now I can freely prep food, do light exercise, and tackle household chores while waiting for a call. Value & A Quick Warning: I read some reviews mentioning the headset giving out after 6, 12, or 24 months. Honestly, I'm okay with that. I got the black version for $70. If the worst-case scenario happens and it only lasts 6 months, that's roughly $12.50 a month—basically the cost of a subscription service, and well worth it. I would gladly buy it again. The massive amount of legitimate reviews really helps make the decision; I'm not risking $200 on a higher-end model with only 10 reviews (that's just a coin flip). Side note: Watch out for a brand called AOC while shopping for headsets. They are using "review hijacking" (their WFH headsets look extremely highly rated and affordable, but if you actually read the text, the reviews are for completely different products like PC monitors). It’s scammy, do not trust them, and it's bad for the Amazon marketplace. Stick with this one instead!

If you've never used ANC (Active noise cancellation) its a trip! Its NOT so much for the people you are talking to, its so YOU can hear the people you are talking to, even if you are in a fairly noisy room. ANC has 3 settings. Active, transparent and off. Active: full noise cancellation, all background noise is significantly muted, making it MUCH easier to hear who you are talking to. Transparent: Noise cancellation is off, AND it uses the noise cancellation mics to actually make it so you can hear everything around you even WITH the headphones on. Off: No noise cancellation, but, because you have the headphones on your ears, room sound is muffled. These are ON the ear headphones, which I MUCH prefer, they just sit ON your ears, and NOT over the ears, which always gets very hot/sweaty and uncomfortable to me after a short time. These sit nicely on your ears, and for my pretty normal head size, doesn't squeeze my ears. The ear pads are a soft leather-like material with soft pads beneath them, very comfortable. The quality of the headset seems fine, they have a little heft, not cheap lightweight plastic. The pad on the headband it soft and comfortable. The stand is good looking, and it hangs there to charge when needed. The Bluetooth is V5.4, which gives you amazing range (over 30 ft) and crisp, clear connection. AND it can (supposedly) even connect to TWO devices at once, more on this later. Pairing the headset to either my phone or the supplied dongle, it paired very easily, little to no effort. When I connect to just my phone, and play music, I'm pretty impressed. For business headphones they have decent bass and sound, Very listenable, obviously NOT audiophile quality, but very listenable. If I use the headset connected to just my phone for calls, the audio quality is good! I can clearly hear the caller, and I'm told they can hear me well, and if you use the ANC, its easy to hear them over any room noise. If I use the supplied dongle and connect to my computer, I can enjoy music, and connect to Teams/Zoom/Discord calls just fine. When in Discord calls, I'm told my mic sounds very quiet, clear but quiet. I suspect the noise cancelling is doing that, but no one complained, it was just quieter then my old wired headset. HOWEVER, if I connect BOTH my phone and the computer, they DO connect, and it DOES work (you can only use/hear one at a time, but both ARE connected), but the sound gets quite muddled and muffled if you use either (only one at a time). It MAY work, but not in any way you'd want it to work, like when you only have 1 connected, sadly. So that would be my ONE complaint about this headset. if you try to connect it to two devices, it seems to mess up the signal, even when just USING one of the TWO connections. I don't know why. But overall, it's comfortable, ANC is amazing, it seems to last on battery for a long time (They claim 35 hours calls, 50 hours music) but I didn't test that. If you need a good Bluetooth headset at a good price, this is definitely one to consider!

As a retired trucker and daily podcast listener, this headset is the best I've ever used. Several features make it head-n- shoulders above others. 1) The foam speaker covers are flat and lightly lay against the ear. Not like others, that have a vinyl cup that clamp against your head, don't breath, and suppress awareness around you. 2) Once turned on, it immediately pairs with the devices that have been previously set up and that are powered on. No having to manually pair every power on. BTW - Initial connecting & pairing is too easy. And the transition is immediate, no lag time in vocal communications, and control commands are easily done. 3) Love that it can be charged just by hanging it on the charging holder or if away, plugging it directly into the headset. 4) Altho the sound is super clear, the ANC/ENC (noise cancelation) function is more than expected, especially the navigation crackling outside on a windy day or inside a building with echoing announcement (train, airport, dept store, etc) is totally eliminated. 5) It's comfortable and can be worn for hours. 6) It can be worn either way. Being left handed, I want the earpiece with the controls on my left ear. 7) Altho the control buttons are small, the spacing between them is far enough to easily make adjustments without hitting the setting button, or two buttons at the same time. 8) I find that it works a lot longer than advertised before needing charging, and charging is also a lot quicker than advertised. 9) The price is extremely reasonable for the quality and amount of options. I've owned several headsets as a trucker, and this is the best I've ever used. Not one single negative thing about this headset.

Very nice headset. It came with a long cable, a charging base, and a dongle to connect easily with my computer. They don't look like the traditional noise canceling headsets, but they work incredibly well! They are extremely comfortable. The cushions feel like soft imitation leather material, but not a cheap kind; they are good quality material. The call quality is great and the environmental noise canceling works really well. The connectivity is really easy and works very well and is compatible with my Samsung phone and tablet, and my computer. The headset stayed connected all over my house (approx 5000 sq. ft.). I'm very happy with these and very much enjoy using them. The sound is phenomenal with Call of Duty Mobile. My opinion is I highly recommend them. Chef's kiss!
