I have been very impressed with this headset. The setup was quick and easy. I didn't need the USB dongle ask Bluetooth connected up quickly. The Bluetooth connection has been stable, and I haven't experienced any dropouts while moving around my office. It also paired with my phone without any issues, and being able to stay connected to both devices at the same time is a huge plus. The call quality is excellent and the ANC does a good job reducing background noise so I can hear the conversation much better and everyone I've talked to has said my voice comes through clearly, even with noise around me. The flip-to-mute microphone is one of my favorite features because it's simple and much easier than searching for a mute button during a meeting. The headset is comfortable enough to wear for an entire workday. The ear cushions are soft, and the adjustable headband fits well without feeling too tight. Battery life has also been excellent. I can get through several days of meetings before needing to recharge. The headband is also made of flexible steal so it will last longer than comparable plastic ones. Overall, this is a great value if you spend a lot of time on Teams or other conference calls. It offers clear audio, reliable connectivity, long battery life, and all-day comfort. It’s a good quality headset, seems durable and pretty comfortable. The issue I have is that I have to turn the ANC off when not in calls or listening to music. It also has static noise when not listening to anything. The call quality is great, I like the muting and unmuting flip up, but wish I could turn off the mute/unmute voice. I really like the dock and how it charges when not in use, but overall it’s a great budget friendly headset that I would recommend.

I really love this headset. It is really worth it! I use it for work and it has been perfect, I don't need to worry about background noises when I make or recieve calls. The volume is great, be careful, it can be too loud for your ears. I also love the fact that I can connect and use my phone and laptop simultaneously...there are instructions in the manual for various connection prefrences and usage-it comes with a dongle. The battery life is good too,the controls are easy and you can mute conversations. It has a snug fitting, but it's very comfortable. Charging is easy- directly or via the base...it is preferred to charge when the headset is in the OFF position.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the quality, comfort, durability, volume control, and ease of setup for this headset. I’m a little surprised it doesn’t cost more, to be honest; but all the features and specs all tested out great. I might venture to say the range is even better than 33 ft - I’ve even gone 50ft away, still connected and strong signaling. Each control is responsive and quickly connects to my phone and laptop for my call center work. Very impressive how reliably it works. I can’t say I use the noise canceling all the time, but when I need it - it’s super useful for those people on speaker phone or otherwise quiet (especially when noise environment gets too loud where I am). Every single feature seems to be articulately designed and fashioned for my setup to where I’m recommending others purchase! Thoroughly impressed!
