No side pocket.
No side pocket for drink which the add specifically says there is one. It's good quality material but I am annoyed about the lack of side pocket, which was the whole reason I chose this one.

i am a junior and i really just needed a backpack to get me through these last 2 years, this backpack is very heavy duty. the only way this thing will break is if you simply put no effort to take care of it

Awesome backpack. Had the same one from 10 years ago but it ripped at the bottom and now bought this as a replacement. Great purchase.

When youโre looking for a school bag or just a bookbag in general that reminds you of your childhood, this is the one. I love how the bag comes with a Tillys keychain, so cute. The bookbag is just as sturdy as I last remembered Jansport to be so this purchase is A1 for me . enjoy shopping!

The thing about JanSport backpacks are you get what you pay for. This backpack is thick, sturdy, stitched well, and durable. As with any zipper pull, my tell my teen to be careful not to swipe the flap into the zipper coming up around the curved top, as that can destroy a backpack faster than anything. The straps are impressively sturdy at the stitch line for the amount of weight she carries around in the thing, too. Overall, it's well-made, the design is really cool-looking, and it's durable toting around tons of weight.
