Have bought the orange salt and that you defiantly notice the salt on that drink, But the chocolate one is very is very subtile with only a hint of salt. Mixed both in 1lt bottle rather like the taste on this one more especially chilled on a hot day so you can drink more of this fast.

If you have mold allergies and cross react with citric acid, this is ideal for you. This flavor also tastes notably less salty than the fruit ones. My favorite way to drink it is with lots of ice. I use a milk frother to blend it well with water. Sometimes I add about 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract as well! mmm choccy mint water... Also helps ailments such as POTS, low blood pressure, other dysautonomias -- obviously! Give it a try if you like chocolate!

Athlete here 🙋‍♀️ I try to drink close to 100 ounces of water a day. I started getting cramps in my arms really bad. I talked to a friend that does triathlons. She informed me that I was probably low on electrolytes. I use GU tabs but when I know it’s really bad, I use LMT. The wonderful thing about this flavor is that you can heat it up. It tastes so good!! Bonus, I have a sweet tooth and I’m guilty of snacking at night. This has helped me satisfy that craving without the guilt of my typical snacks. You have to mix it up really well! It dissolves ok but the more you mix it the better it gets. Ngl-it’s not cheap but it’s worth it. Those arm cramps I mentioned, they were gone within minutes of drinking these. I have these on subscription now. Can’t be without them.

I mix it with hot water and a splash of milk, and it's honestly a treat. I've seen reviews mentioning it's salty, but that's completely expected since it's an electrolyte mix with sodium. What I think they've nailed is the balance between cacao and stevia, creating this sweet-salty combination that just works beautifully. Once you know what it is and what you're getting, that blend of sweet, salty, and cacao is absolutely delicious. I look forward to it every single time!
