I’ve had my HelloBaby devices for almost two years and they’re still going strong. The monitor has been fantastic, clear picture quality, far connection ( I take it outside when I do yard work during naps), excellent night vision, and the fact that it doesn’t rely on Wi-Fi gives me peace of mind. It’s easy to use, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s been one of our favorite baby purchases. Oh and its volume can be very loud, so again if I’m outside and potentially out of range, the sound quality travels farther! What really sets HelloBaby apart, though, is their incredible customer service. When I needed assistance, their team responded so quickly, they were kind, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. Any question I had they made the entire process simple and stress-free, which is rare these days. When I forgot to respond to their message, they continued to follow up to make sure they could help with anything else. It’s truly refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and cares about its customers and their babies. I cant recommend them enough !!

This monitor and camera is really easy to install and use. I have two cameras and it’s really easy to switch from one camera to the other. It’s really easy to travel with! Great for someone who is looking for an easy camera usage without wifi. Great quality, great sound, and video quality. It adjusts really easy from a room with the lights on to a dark room. The lighting is good.

This product worked well for 3 months then began making a strange static sound in the night. The sound wakes me up mid sleep and happens intermittently throughout the night. This is inconsistent and I have been unable to identify why it occurs. It is not dependent on battery life, if the monitor is plugged in or not, and is 100% not coming from my babies room. Update: the customer service is phenomenal. They reached out to me within days of my review, provided a full refund and sent a new one that should hopefully resolve the problems I have been having with intermittent static sounds. They were very personable and wanted to fix the issue quickly. I highly recommend purchasing from this brand as they will fix any issues you may have promptly! As such, I changed my review from a 2 to a 4 (only a 4 because I had issues in the first place).

Me sorprendió el tamaño, es mucho más grande de lo que pensé. Resistente, y a color. La nitidez es muy buena y a comparación de otras el audio también es más claro. Ademas La batería dura mucho tiempo y es muy fácil de usar. Sin programar sin nada solo se conecta y ya estas viendo por la pantalla , la mejor compra ! Definitivamente recomiendo.

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable. The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters. I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
