These boots are very comfortable right out of the box with no break-in needed. The quality feels solid, they keep my feet warm, and the grip is excellent on wet or slippery surfaces. I’ve worn them for long walks and daily use and they still look great. Stylish enough for casual wear but tough enough for everyday work. Definitely recommend.

Unlike many "wide" shoes, these have plenty of room for your toes as well as your forefoot. They are also very roomy (even once you have the right length and width). This is great for hammer toes etc, but I've ended up wearing thinker socks to get a perfect fit. One drawback is that the insoles are glued in. You can, however, remove these with the aid of a hairdryer and careful tugging if, like me, you wish to use your custom orthopaedic insoles. The soles are also quite large in relation to the boots. Excellent grip and stability, but they do tend to catch on things a bit. All that aside, I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

After reading the previous comments I bought these for a trip to Rome. From straight out of the box they were comfortable. No wearing in. Walked around Rome all week doing about 70k steps on cobblestones, pavements and waiting in queues, looked at all the sights. Perfect every day. Will be buying another pair. I don’t normally leave reviews because it’s only my point of view but highly recommended 👍

Excellent everyday and travel shoe. Well made and very comfortable. Comes in wide fit but choose carefully as your foot may move about a lot in a wider fit. Have bought two pairs after the first pair impressed. Water resistant only and I haven't used as a hiking shoe but wear everyday in my job as a forester.

Initially very comfortable but then started to get terrible pain in one foot after about a week, which coincided with wearing these on daily dog walks. Pain totally gone a month after putting a gel insole in so unequivocally down to these shoes not providing enough arch support. Soles starting to wear noticeably after 5 months and the outer layer of laces was being stripped by the metal eyelet at the top so have had to replace laces. Therefore 3* rating because these will sadly not last, but still comfy and decent looking for smart casual use.

Bought THESE for my Dad who can NEVER find comfortable shoes wide enough - these were just the ticket!! Such a good purchase! They’re comfortable, lightweight and were the perfect width! Super happy with them.

They look good! Ordered in October. Tried on. Great. I am generally not a boot person but with the snow we’re having this season, thought I’d better put them on. Half hour in, my right foot was hurting. There’s a piece of material, or something that shouldn’t be there rubbing and causing irritation. Return window has closed. Now what do I do .
