Such as hfe stands for current gain, iceo is the current between collector and emitter with the base open and the last that I know off hand is bjt. That is Bipolar Junction Transistor. Ic may be the maximum collector current. I don't know what ie and ube. You may want to look at a textbook on transistor specifications. It is especially useful for determining NOS part orientation, poorly marked components, or troubleshooting vintage equipment for restoration. The accuracy seems to go down as the charged-power drops -- you will notice the accuracy drop before it loses charge, as the reference voltage seems tied to the available charge.
