Is inositol hexanicotinate better than niacinamide?** A: Inositol Hexaniacinate is also referred to as Flush-Free or No-Flush Niacin. As the nickname implies, it does not have the nasty side effects, which include itching, flushing, and hot flashes as Niacinamide/Nicotinamide does. **Q: Why does the description of the product say "...with Folate...?" Folate is not listed on the label.** A: Look more closely at the label ; folate is an abbreviation for it's full description. On label form it says 'L-Methletetrahydrofolate' (whew, hard to type that), plus lots of other longer words following containing 'folate' within them.
