I must be objective, however, and there were a couple of minor little issues that I had that need to be mentioned, even though I was able to work through them and have no doubt that this machine will serve my purposes. Printing images from my stock set of tattoo flash was my first complication; the first time I tried from my iPhone, I selected the image, went to the share menu selected Phenomeno and received a "not supported" error message. I was eventually able to make it work, so I don't know what the issue was, but it was becoming frustrating for a time. In addition, I attempted to install the printer driver in a Windows 10 machine, and was never able to get it to appear as an option to print. For some reason, I was never able to get it to work with Ubuntu, either. My Windows 11 laptop, however, was a breeze, installing automatically without having to download anything to make it work; if I print from a PC, that's where it will be from anyway, so that works. Another thing I want to mention, on the positive side, is the "scan" feature in the app. I was able to make a quick hand sketch, scan it and print it to stencil paper without any difficulty at all... a very nice feature since my hope is to eventually tattoo my own art, and this will make it easy to do so.
