How is it different from competitors?

Our Humidifier is designed to provide optimal relative humidity, from embedded sensors that monitor whether it should be on/off, to prevent hygiene related issues, dishwasher safe components, and a small footprint that's nightstand friendly

Depending on the relative humidity in your room, a full tank will last somewhere between 18 and 36 hours.

The Humidifier's tank, cap, and tray can all be put in the dishwasher. Essentially, any part of the product that holds water, can go directly into the dishwasher! Do not place the body of the Bedside Humidifier into the dishwasher.

How do I change the filter?

The light labeled "Filter" on the top of your Humidifier will illuminate when it's time to swap to a new Replacement Filter. If your filter has turned crusty, hardened, and discolored throughout, then it's time to replace your filter.

What kind of water should I use?

While most humidifiers recommend using only distilled water, you can enjoy the Bedside Humidifier with any type of water. Tap water is totally fine to use, as the filter will catch contaminants from the water before it is evaporated.

I purchased this ahead of time for the arrival of my daughter. Our bedroom tends to be very dry and i read all the great reviews about the Canopy. We began using it at the end of April and it worked great twice but now I fill the water, turn it on and nothing happens. The reservoir is still full of water and there is no mist coming out. For the price of this humidifier and for it to only work twice is pretty disappointing.

When this humidifier actually works, it's great. I've traveled with it and enjoyed it, but I've already been through two of these! I received a replacement from the company after just a few months of usage and now I'm looking at the same issue occuring. Theoretically easy to clean, but it seems like whenever I try to thoroughly clean out the basin it just never turns back on. Mind you, I'm not allowing water to flood the motor/fan. I'm not submerging it in water, but simply using a little bit of soap and the cleaning brush it comes with to clean the gunk after repeated use. Not sure what I'm doing wrong back it's been a colossal disappointment.
