It has all the clubs a beginner needs except a sand wedge. I initially was going to buy a used set of clubs at the 2nd hand sporting goods store but to get everything this new set has would've cost more. I heartily recommend it for a beginner golfer who is unsure if golf is for them and doesn't want to invest a lot of money on equipment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good fun with decent clubs *by B***R on October 31, 2014* First things first, I'm far from a great golfer and I wouldn't be the one to teach you anything about golf other than how to go out, have fun with good friends and try not to take 6 hours to play a round. With that said, I wanted a set of clubs that would work for the amount I play (infrequently). These are fantastic beginner or "I rarely play but it's fun" clubs. It felt good when I hit a good shot off the tee or approaching the green. I absolutely loved the hybrid club when I was on a par 5 or other longer holes on the fairway. Also, in one round, I got the feel of the irons where I could shoot from 100 yards or less and put spin on the ball instead of watching it zip across the green! That made me feel like I knew what I was doing (I don't... I know my place in the golf life!).Anyway, if you're starting out or want to get a decent set of clubs for a great price just to have fun, I highly recommend these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth every penny for a beginner. *by U***T on December 28, 2016* Beginning golfer and didn't want to invest a fortune to learn to play. Where I live clubs and a bag would cost a grand for the bottom of the market. I find this a great starter set and now that I am sure I like the game will consider upgrading at some point but only after my ability has improved.
