The 3.0 would make it top heavy. **Q: how long is runtime on a fully charged 1.5 ah battery? we only got 10 minutes use** A: I've had 2 of these batteries for my weed whacker for about 5 years now. The first few years, they would last about 30-40 minutes each. The last couple years they would only last about 15-20 mins each. Now they last 2 minutes at the most, so they've obviously reached their expiration. I'm not complaining. I got a lot of use out of them and they lasted longer than expected.
