14 grams of sugar? Why so much??

With temps around 100 degrees across the usa, i wonder if this is ok to ship? 2 days of shipping in hot usps or fedex trucks? would it still be ok?

This is pasteurized, sealed, shelf stable yogurt. It will travel just fine in the heat.

If they are sealed and frozen and then return to room temperature, are they still edible?

I’ve never tried with these. The Gogurt brand I freeze without problems. However!!!! The boxes of these I received from Amazon were months past their expiration date!
