It is designed to be applied to a surface. If you want to join two pieces of wire, first fix the wire in place, then apply the paste using the good control of the syringe. I used some gentle heat to speed up hardening. Not sure how long it took, but no more than 20 min. Once hardened, it was very tough.It would not be so very conductive if it had adhesive properties while wet.Forms a very tough film on a solid surface. ### ⭐ Not a glue at all, absolute garbage, nothing but silver paint *by B***L on 1 April 2020* This product is nothing more than silver paint, it is not in any way a glue, conductive or otherwise. Complete waste of money. Advertised on Amazon as "New Silver Conductive Wire Glue Paste for Electronics Repair Applications" it is no such thing, this is false advertising at its worst. And, the instructions are in Chinese only.
