For example, the surface of some door frames are covered with wood grain paper, which is glued to the frame and can weaken over time. The adhesive of our hook and loop tape is very strong. So if the glue of the wood grain paper weakens, the surface of this kind of door frame may be damaged when tearing off the hook and loop tape. Tips We do not recommend using the tape on door frames covered with wood grain paper. You can't lift it and put back though as it won't stick down again. If you intend to leave it down its perfect and when you do lift it up no damage at all to your carpet. I wouldn't put it on wood floor though as would be sticky to get up, perfect on carpet though **Q: Can I use this on material?** A: Yes you can, but whether it will stick or not is unknown.
