Review: They are crooks!!! - This companies warranty policy is non-compliant. The manufacture warranty is for one year from the date of purchase. I actually just wanted to purchase a replacement coffee pot, because the other somehow cracked while brewing a 4 cup pot of coffee. I reached out to their support page and have had nothing but one problem after another with this company. First statement from the person was that they do not sell replacement parts, only complete products. That I could purchase a whole new coffee maker and would I like to place that order now? Not sure how that falls inline with product warranty. Then the person created a ticket # for my issue and said I would receive a follow-up email. Two days later I receive an email stating I would need to video or photograph the coffee pot, a copy of the ANSI whatever that means and the invoice where I purchased this item and “email” that documentation to them. I replied to their email concerning the ANSI number!? And yet another email from them stating they would send me the information regarding the ANSI number. Still not received any email from VEVOR on this matter. I strongly suggest every human being on this planet to not purchase “ANY” of their products ever. The support system is non-existent with these shysters.

I'm very impressed with the VEVOR Coffee Grinder! It has multiple grind settings, which allows me to grind beans perfectly for any brewing method, from espresso to drip coffee. The stainless steel conical burrs ensure a consistent grind, and the large 5.3-ounce bean hopper holds enough espresso for the day. Cleaning is simple, and the overall design is sleek and attractive. A great value for the price! Would buy again! It's perfect for my first bean grinder. I just started my at home espresso journey and happy with the products I've used, so far!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'd Give It 10 Stars If I Could.

UPDATE: Bought a 2nd one just before the price increase. I would still recommend it, even at the much higher price. Short summary: Exceeds all expectations. Build quality and especially the stainless steel grinder outperforms ceramic burr grinders in the $80+ range. Actually grinds espresso grind fine enough and consistently to get great results, even from less expensive machines AND more demanding ones. Full story: I'm a coffee nerd, but not a rich one. I have used an expensive lever machine [La Pavoni] and a commercial grinder/doser [Macap]. But space considerations and repair costs led me to a more modest $199 pump espresso maker and common drip maker. Also a blade grinder Expensive espresso machines use a standard plain "portafilter" that depends on a good fine grind to produce the desirable "crema." Cheaper machines use a pressurized portafilter to help make crema. Most lower-priced pump machines come with both inserts. I have never gotten the genuine crema using any affordable grinder until now, let alone one in this price range. So if you are not looking for a $600 espresso machine and a $500 grinder, GET THIS GRINDER and whatever maker you want, even a simple steam pressure powered one. This grinder will make any one work better. Grinds for other ways of making coffee are clearly displayed, you choose how many cups to grind. It is fairly quiet and does not make mess. Note that this is not a generic import that just says "Grinder" on the box and no company. The full VEVOR address and website as well as email is on the box. This is our second product from VEVOR that exceeded our expectations. Their bread maker is the other.
