Four Sigmatic Organic Mood Herbal Tea 60g

I actually drink this with my electrolytes during the day, and it’s the perfect mix for staying calm but still focused. The flavor is light. You can taste the lemon balm and rose, but it’s not too herbal. It just gives this grounded, steady feeling without making you tired. Love that it’s functional and easy to mix into my routine.

This is great for winding down. I drink it at night when I feel like I need to calm down and relax. I fall asleep easy and feel refreshed in the morning. I add honey to mine but it still taste ok without it.

Bad smell and bad taste. It might be better as an iced tea drink but definitely not good as hot tea. this is a powder, not a traditional tea.

Good ingredient but tastes unpleasant to me. Kind of like perfume 🤔

I didn't realize it was a scoop based drink, thought it was regular loose leaf tea...tried it and it is surprisingly good! It is in my drink rotation now😊... East to use, just put a spoonful in your cup & pour water...
