I was surprised to receive a well-built, heavily chromed showerhead with (what appears to be) quality construction of durable materials. The box included thorough, well-written instructions (in actual English...), a quantity of teflon tape for installation, and a spare washer for future maintenance. The head works well, the settings give a good variety of shower types, and it seems quite solid.If I didn't know what I'd paid, I'd have assumed this was a $40-50 Delta unit.
