Plentiful organization pockets or various types, and an adjustable velcro strip with removable dividers in the main section to separate items (great for bottles).

Not going to use this as a diaper bag but to carry mostly cosmetics for an extended trip and for general use. It's very study, seems durable, heavy strap, great colors on the graphic.
