Way too small.
Following the advice of some of the other customer reviews I ordered an Adult Large. I'm 5'6" with a 32" waist. Normally I would probably opt for an Adult Medium. The Large was still too small for me. I'd like the family jewels protected, not stuffed into my stomach. If you are intent on purchasing this item with the cup I suggest considering the Adult Large size as Adult Small and work your way up to your size from there. The delivery was prompt +1 star. Item seems to be of good quality. It was neatly packaged and complete +2 stars. Item was ridiculously misrepresented as Adult Large and is likely not worth the trouble of returning -2 stars.

Comfortable & quality
Super comfortable. Really happy with the cup version and this is similar. It is a pretty snug fit and not exactly as their sizing chart so consider buying the next size up

Quality has gone down hill
I bought this as replacement for the original which lasted years. However the quality seems to have dropped dramatically and it actually ripped after just a month so had to stitch it up. Shockdoctor used to be know for high quality but now I'm not so sure.
