Review: Good Quality - Quality is really awesome., It absorbs water as I expected. Not a big deal but the item seems to be a bit small than I was expecting. I saw this being showcased in a mall some 2 years back, and I was trying to find it here in the UAE but its nowhere to be found, til I saw it in desertcart. The function and material looks exactly as the one I saw, but this one is a bit smaller in size. No big deal, as long as it does its job. :)
Review: Works as advertised. - These sponges are remarkable. I have used natural sponges for years but I have never seen the water absorption results comparable to those of these sponges. I use this product in place of squeegees with far better drying results. Delivery of the product was as promised i.e. quick and on time. The item was well packed and undamaged despite the best (efforts of the US mail!).

**Q: Can I use this for my car?**
A: Yes,you can use it for your car. It's quite durable and handy.And this product soaks up cups of water, but somehow keeps the liquid locked in without dripping everywhere.You can use it for drying up a smooth surface.It does a great job.

**Q: I found korean seller sells similar one as for skin scrubbing usage. user comments said its composition is  saugwunder. can i use this for skin?**
A: I use this to clean my car and never tried it on my skin.

**Q: When stored dry, will it instantly absorb water, or does it need to "pre-soak" before working?**
A: It seems to soak up water immediately even when stiff and dry. Works best when damp throughout.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A couple notes on a very useful sponge

I like this sponge a lot for the traits that many have covered, including ability to soak up a lot of liquids and being a good at wiping things clean. Here are two unexpected characteristics that I discovered. 1) You should not informally 'sterilize' this in a microwave oven like you might ordinary sponges. It will deform. The half-sponge I did this too still works, but it is a little smaller (and denser, I think) and not a nice, rectilinear block shape anymore. (It shows the permanent imprint of the rim of a yogurt container I had set it on top of in the microwave.) 2) It is more abrasive than I realized at first. Scrubbing the edge of a wooden desk top that I had finished myself with a staining penetrating oil finish roughened up the surface a little bit and removed some of the color where I cleaned the most. This didn't happen on another table top which I had finished myself with what I considered a superior brand of penetrating oil finish, and it probably wouldn't happen with any commercially applied wood furniture finish. Still, it was an interesting result and worth noting.
