Writing within a week of use.. Very good product. Practically no noise. Good washing of clothes. Hope it continues this way always.. Bad part was demo.. I think its universal that the guys who come for installation are least interested in demo and also don't have proper knowledge of machine functions. Amazon or Samsung should improve on that

I have been searching for a front load washing machine and finally i got to know about this. This machine is simply awesome and the washing quality is good. If you use 400 spin the machine don't even move . And sound is zero. Very light vibration and that is ok while rinse. Stand is not needed if you have a firm base like a smooth base, if you have any rats problem then stand is needed. I bought this for 25,400 on no cost emi which is the best method of payment. The body quality is good and all the washing customs are quite impressive. 15min wash is not that so good to remove marks or any stains , best to remove sweat after gym or running. We normally use daily wash and cotton mode which are quite impressive. Yes totally satisfied with the product . I will update my review if i get any problems with my washing machine.

Good product, delivered quickly and safely, installation done next day by qualified engineer explaining everything properly, performance of machine satisfactory till now, little noise, that too only while spinning, easy to use, preset wash programs can be modified by various options quite easily. Size of machine is comparatively small, suited for family of four. Cons: Drain and water inlet hose are a bit on the short size, may have to use extensions available in the market. NB: Mount the machine without trolley to reduce vibration.

The best so far. Previously I was using LG FRONT LOAD. Exchange that machine with Samsung front load. I was in a dilemna weather to buy BOSCH or SAMSUNG but confirmed my decision on Samsung. Its worth to buy this machine. The noise level when spinning at 1000 rpm is absolutely nil. The washing programs are fantastic and moreover its digital inverter technology.. Very efficient motor consumes less power. 10 years warranty on motor and 3 years on machine made me buy this machine.

Product are really good and very nice !! Only concern is installation process, Which is very poor and the guy who has done the installation not very professional and very qualitative.

With in 5 years I had went for exchange with lg ..2 times repair came.. circuit board damaged..they told 6k..after that chemical wash...they are asking 5k..ratproof not there.. wire has been cut by rat.. Munugoti Ravi..
