Amazing product to cut herbs , and the best part its very useful to trim the fat and other skin on your raw meat. I have never cleaned my boneless chicken so clean if I hadn't had this tool from Oxo. The amount of fat i trimmed/removed from the meat was amazing. Its good for people who cannot clean with knives. Thanks Oxo Will definitely recommend it to others

Best Kitchen Scissor period!!!!
I have all Zwilling knifes and kitchen scissors from German for over 40 years. The last paid got rust spots and was not easy to take apart. I checked around and this Oxo was most highly recommended in professional kitchens. Not only is it easier to clean, take apart, but it also cuts out better. The "Herb" feature is a nice bonus. I can not speak highly enough of this product.
